Concrete caulking involves filling the cracks that form on concrete to stop water from washing out the sub-base. The sub-base is a coat of sand placed underneath the concrete that can be found underneath concrete driveways, sidewalks and patios. If this is not done the sub-base will wash out from underneath the concrete and the concrete will sink uneavenly ruining the slabs.

Evaluation
We go to your home and evaluate your concrete.

Cleaning
We clean the affected areas and take out the debri.
03.
Caulking
The caulk is applied dry. 24 hours are needed for the caulk to solidify. After that the concrete patio, sidewalk or driveway can be used normally.
